    Ordered online so I could just walk in and pick it up.  Only part of my order was ready and they gave that to me, but it was another 20 minutes for the rest, so now I have a cold pizza and a hot pizza.  I was told it would be 45 minutes to get a fresh pizza.
    Customer service at the front desk was HORRIBLE!!!  No greeting for anyone coming in, just "45 minutes, 45 minutes for everything" said over and over.  Seemed like no one really knew what was going on.  It was Friday night, but if you tell me my order will be ready at a certain time then it should be ready.
    The positives were that the pizza is cheap and my kids and their friends like it so I can feed a household and not go broke.

    This pizza is pretty much the same at all locations I've been to. But this location is a DISASTER. Prepare to wait over 45 min longer than the posted completion time when you order online. They have a drive thru which should be called a drive wait. Are people actually placing their order at the window instead of calling ahead? It's a mystery how anyone can sit in a drive thru for 30 min+ and the place does nothing about it. This place has major problems. Just don't order here during prime time unless you're an extremely patient person. I gotta find another location before I lose my mind. This location needs a manager who knows how to expedite and MOVE ORDERS.

    This location is terrible! Im sitting here now, the girl at register is continuously  going in the back doing absolutely nothing.  There is an entire lobby full of people, to the point the door is staying open.  Its almost like all employees here are in slow motion and rude af. I will drive the extra 5 min to go to a different location. They need a manager to take control and give direction.

    The service is HORRIBLE.  The employees are disrespectful and not organized.  Will not be back.  It is not worth the hassle of waiting in a lobby filled with people and the staff is playing in the kitchen.  Hopefully they could get a strong manager that can make a difference.

    I go here almost weekly. I order online and the food is NEVER ready on time as said online or really even close to said time. Staff is also rude like 50% of the time. Check your food before you leave, they give you the wrong food/ order a lot of the time
